02. RETAIN OUR TEAM 🤝

Our team will discuss your event ideas & provide you with a package that works best for your event. A retainer/Contract will be sent via email & is required from all our clients and secures us as part of your vendor team. Once received, we will start working on bringing your event to life!
03. DESIGN PROCESS 🎨

Based on your theme/ideas, we will create a custom design tailored just for you, mapping out your entire event/focal sections, this will be sent via email. It will include EVERYTHING that we think would work perfectly for your event.
04. LETS PARTY 🥳

After discussing designs/decor, we will work hard behind the scenes to bring your unique vision to life. You can be confident that all details are made are taken care of, we are just as excited as you are!

At Theme Queens, we believe in crafting unforgettable moments tailored to your vision. To start the creative journey with us, our minimum decor budget starts at $15,000, excluding our Event Planning and Design fee. (This does not apply to weddings.) Let's bring your dream event to life together!

Yes, we do! We work closely with our design and production team— including our trusted carpenter— to bring your vision to life. From bold focal points to one of one builds, we curate custom pieces based on your design and add that extra Theme Queens spice. If you can dream it, we can build it.
